FAQ
The questions we get asked most
No. We charge a flat subscription fee only. Vendor money goes straight into your own payment gateway account — we are never in the flow of funds.
Two reasons. First, holding third-party money in Malaysia falls under Bank Negara licensing — we sell software, we are not a bank. Second, booth deposits are money you need EARLY to pay the venue, the tents and the printing. Holding it until the event ends breaks your cash flow.
You set a limit per category on each event — for example a maximum of 20 F&B stalls. Once the quota is full the system REJECTS the next approval rather than merely warning you. Suitable applications can be waitlisted and promoted when a cancellation frees a place.
No. Every booking runs inside a database transaction with a lock on that booth row. The second request waits for the first to finish, then fails with a clear message.
No. The vendor portal is a PWA — it opens in the browser and can be installed to the phone home screen. It keeps working when the signal at the bazaar site is poor.
About 10 minutes for the first event: enter the dates and venue, generate a run of booths (A01–A40 in one go), set the category quotas, and publish. Vendor invitations go out as WhatsApp links.
Your data is not deleted when a subscription lapses — you simply lose access until it is renewed. Excel export is available at any time while the subscription is active.
Yes. There is no limit on the number of events on the Pro plan. Each event has its own categories, quotas, booths and prices.
